These are pictures of potential.

There is a spot -- just dirt, really -- across the street from Fall Creek Academy (FCA) that holds great promise for the future of education in Indianapolis.

The land where FCA now sits used to be just dirt, too.

Four years ago, community leaders got together and decided to build a K-12 public school on an abandoned lot, strategically located across the street from Ivy Tech Community College.

Today, that building serves 369 students -- mostly low-income and mostly minority -- and now that school is full to the brim.

So, what can we do with this dirt?

GEO Foundation, with the assistance of donors, business partners and concerned citizens, seeks to raise $2M to build a high school for Fall Creek Academy, increasing our ability to serve the neighborhood with high quality education that includes real college courses and hands-on college experience for all our students -- largely kids who come from impoverished households.

In this way, we are doing our part to improve educational opportunities for all Indianapolis kids regardless of socio-economic status.

Does this sound like a project you can support? We hope so!
