With the drastic and revolutionary changes under Article 7 this year, charter schools are being given the option to design, manage, and monitor their own special education programs. While this creates a great deal of opportunity for charters to implement services as they see best at the local level, it does create some concerns with how these programs are managed at the local, state, and federal levels.

The CSSC offers services to help schools navigate these new legislative waters, and put strong, compliant programs in place that support their special needs students in a financially sound manner.
